Abstract

Trodimenzionalni ispis način je brze izrade prototipa kojim se uređajima. direktno iz 3D Computer Aided Design programa izrađuju fizički predmeti u prostoru. Princip izrade baziran je na uzastopnim tankim slojevima. 3D printeri pretvaraju kompjutorske modele u fizičke predmete. Osim što se primjenjuje pri izradi modela za testiranje, također se koristi u informatici, arhitekturi, medicini, edukaciji itd. U ovome radu razrađene su tehničko-tehnološke karakteristike uređaja za trodimenzionalan ispis i predložena kontrola rada sustava tog 3D pisača. Pored pisača za vrijeme printanja postavljena je kamera koja snima proces printanja i izrađen je nosač za tu kameru koji je isprintan na samom pisaču.

Abstract in english: Three-dimensional printing is a method of rapid prototyping in which the devices directly from 3D Computer Aided Design programs produce physical objects in space. The principle of making these objects is based on adding layers. 3D printers transform computer models into physical objects. In addition to being used in the preparation of models for testing, it is also used in computer science, architecture, medicine, education, etc. This paper elaborates the technical and technological characteristics of the device for three-dimensional printing and proposed control system operation of the 3D printer. In addition to the printer during printing there is a camera that captures the process of printing and made a bracket for the camera, which is printed on the printer.
