Abstract

Unutar tiskovne industrije fleksografski tisak je najdinamičnije rastuće područje. Spoznajom o mogućnosti tiska na polimerne materijale pronašao je svoju primjenu u komercijalnom smislu. Najčešće se koristi kao tisak na ambalažne proizvode, naljepnice, etikete. Za svaku tehniku tiska od velikog je značaja primanje bojila na tiskovnu podlogu zbog ostvarivanja kvalitetnog otiska. Ovo istraživanje se bazira na ispitivanju promjene u obojnju ako je cijan nanešen direktno na podlogu ili na bijelu boju. Podloge koje su korištene u ispitivanju su PVC, PET, PP, PELD. Parametri na osnovu kojih su definirane promjene su kolorimetrijske razlike između boja, odnosno kolorimetrijske vrijednosti. Na osnovu različite viskoznosti cijan tiskarske boje i različitih polimernih podloga odredit će se odstupanja u kvaliteti.

Abstract in english: Flexographic printing is the most dynamic and fast-growing field within the printing industry. After the discovery that it is possible to print on polymeric materials, it has found it's purpose in a commercial sense. It is most often used for printing on packaging products, stickers and adhesive labels. The most important part of every printing technique is the adhesion of the dye to the printing surface for achieving high-quality prints. This research is based on keeping track of changes which occur if the cyan is applied directly to a surface or on white color. The surfaces that have been used in this research are PVC, PET, PP and PELD. The parameters which define those changes are colorimetric differences between colors, or colorimetric values. The variations in quality will be determined by the difference in viscosity between cyan printing color and a spectrum of different polymer surfaces.
