Abstract

U suvremenoj grafiĉkoj industriji na kvalitetu otiska boje utjeĉe niz ĉimbenika. Njih je potrebno kontrolirati na temelju standardnih vrijednosti i time stvoriti ujednaĉene otiske zadovoljavajuće kvalitete. U podruĉju tiska standardizacija se primjenjuje iz nekoliko razloga: poboljšanje efikasnosti, smanjenje troškova proizvodnje, postizanje i odrţavanje ujednaĉene kvalitete tiska, te zbog sigurnosti u samu kvalitetu izlaznog proizvoda. Da bi se omogućila standardizacija ofsetnog tiska, potrebno je zadovoljiti uvjete kompatibilnosti sustava unutar dijelova proizvodnje, te omogućiti tehniĉku i tehnološku mogućnost izvedbe propisanih standarda. U ofsetnom tisku postoji standardizirani proces rada koji se naziva PSO - Proces Standard Offset. PSO se temelji na normi ISO 12647-2 koja predstavlja praktiĉne preporuke vezane za workflow1 grafiĉke proizvodnje. U svrhu ostvarenja standardne reprodukcije zadovoljavajuće kvalitete, preporuĉa se praćenje ISO 12647-2 standarda

Abstract in english:	In modern day graphic industry, various parameters affect the quality of color print. It is necessary to control these parameters using the standard values, hence to create the equalized prints with satisfactory quality. Standardization in the print industry is applied for several reasons: enhancing the efficiency, reducing the costs of manufacturing, achieving and retaining the equalized quality of the print, and to assure for quality of the product. To allow for standardization of offset printing, it is necessary to satisfy the compatibility of the systems among the manufacturing process, and to enable technical and technological execution of prescripted standards. Standardized work procces in the offset printing is called PSO (Proces Standard Offset). PSO is based on ISO 12647-2 norm that represents the practical reccomendations related to workflow of the printing production. In order to achieve the standard reproduction of adequate quality, it is recommended to follow the ISO 12647-2 standard.
