Abstract

Grafički proizvodi današnjice moraju zadovoljiti visoke kriterije tehnologičnosti i osigurati isporuku proizvoda različitih naklada i kvalitete. Kako bi mogli predvidjeti kvalitetu i omogućiti korištenje novih inovativnih materijala, ispitivanje čvrstoće lijepljenih spojeva, adhezijski testovi i ispitivanje kompatibilnosti korištenih materijala postaje prijeko potrebno s obzirom na karakteristike materijala koji se koriste pri izradi grafičkih proizvoda. Jedan od glavnih faktora koji utječe na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja proizvoda je vlaga, stoga je glavna tema rada upravo odrediti utjecaj vlažnosti zraka (35%, 45%, 65% i 92%) na čvrstoću lijepljenih spojeva za 3 različite vrste papira i kartona u odnosu na preporučene standardne uvjete. Prije izrade lijepljenih spojeva s PVAc ljepilom, provest će se kondicioniranje svih materijala na standardne uvjete, a sam proces lijepljenja biti će prethodno definiran kako bi omogućili kontrolu prilikom izrade uzoraka za testove ljuštenja i osigurali ponovljivost ispitivanja. Nakon izrade uzoraka uz pomoć 4 različite zasićene otopine soli uzorci će biti kondicionirani na 35, 45, 65 i 92% RVZ te potom podvrgnuti ispitivanju čvrstoće. Analizom dobivenih rezultata izračunat će se promjena čvrstoće lijepljenog spoja u odnosu na standardne uvjete, ovisna o vrsti ispitivanog materijala i količini vlage u zraku.

Abstract in english: Today's graphic products must meet high technology standards and ensure the delivery of products of different trades and quality. In order to predict the quality and to enable the use of new innovative materials, the bond strength tests, adhesion tests, and the compatibility testing of the materials used are becoming more and more necessary given the characteristics of the materials used in the production of graphic products. One of the main factors influencing the strength of the bonded product is moisture, so the main topic of the thesis is to determine the influence of air humidity (35%, 45%, 65% and 92%) on the strength of glued compounds for 3 different types of paper and board compared to the recommended standard conditions. Prior to making the bonded bonds with PVAc adhesive, all materials will be conditioned to standard conditions, and the adhesion process will be pre-defined to allow control when making samples for peeling tests and to ensure repeatability of the test. After the preparation of the samples, with the aid of 4 different saturated salt solutions, the samples will be conditioned to 35, 45, 65 and 92% RH and subjected to strength testing. By analyzing the results obtained the bond strength of the bonded compound will be calculated in relation to the standard conditions, depending on the type of test material and the amount of moisture in the air.
