Abstract
U doktorskom radu obrađuje se infracrvena zaštitna grafika u fleksotisku za savitljivu ambalažu sa spot bojilima i procesnim bojilima na prozirnim, metaliziranim i matiranim materijalima. Dvostruko stanje bojila za skrivanje infracrvene grafike unutar vidljive slike postiže se tekućim bojilima u fleksotisku. Eksperimenti se provode na polimernim materijalima različitih debljina i vrsta. Proširuje se grafička tehnologija fleksotiska koja ne utječe na dizajnersko rješenje, a pogodna je u proizvodnji ambalaže. Izvode se novi parametri koji proširuju infraredesign (IRD) metodu, čime se unapređuju znanja o zaštitnom tisku u ambalažnoj industriji. Eksperimentiranjem s novim programskim rješenjima dokazuje se da je za primjenu infracrvene zaštite dovoljan postojeći repromaterijal u fleksotisku, pa zbog toga ne poskupljuje izvedba, a ni sam proizvod.

Abstract in english: | In Ph.D. thesis infrared security graphics in flexographic printing on flexible packaging with spot and process inks on transparent, metallic and matte materials is introduced. Dual dye properties for hiding infrared graphics within the visible image are achieved by liquid dyes in flexographic technology. Experiments are done on polymer materials of various thicknesses and types. Flexographic technology is expanded so it does not affect the design solution, and is suitable in the packaging manufacture. New parameters are performed in Infraredesign (IRD) theory which put forward the knowledge in the security printing for packaging industry. Experiments with the new software solutions prove that existing repro materials are sufficient for infrared protection implementation so the production and even the product itself is in the same price range. |
