Abstract

Prilikom uporabe različitih postupaka izrade tiskovnih formi, te realizacije reprodukcija u istim kontroliranim uvjetima, moguće su promjene tiskovnih elemenata na tiskovnim formama koje mogu utjecati na različitost krivulja reprodukcija boja i tonova na realiziranim reprodukcijama. Većina uređaja za CtP postupak izrade tiskovnih formi radi s velikim kapacitetom osvjetljavanja i razvijanja. Mjerenje pokrivenosti uređajem iCPlate II za kontrolu kvalitete tiskovnih formi pokazalo je da pokrivenost polinomski raste s porastom RTV za sve ispitivane uzorke. Mjerenja su pokazala da pri niskim RTV dolazi do smanjenja RTV zavisno o otisnutoj nakladi, dok pri višim RTV dolazi do povećanja RTV. Izuzetak čini pokrivenost površine kod velikih naklada gdje je smanjenje pokrivenosti pri niskim RTV uzrokovano i djelomičnim trošenjem tiskovne forme.

Abstract in english: During the usage of different printing plates, and the realisation of reproductions under the same controled conditions, there are some printing elements changes possible on printing plates which can affect to colours and tones reproduction locus variety on realised reproductions. Most of the devices for CtP process of making printing forms works with great capacity of brightnes and development. Measurments with iCPlate II for control of quality of printing plates has indicated that coverage is polimomly increasing by increasing of raster tone value for all of speciments. Measurments indicated that in low raster tone values, they are decreasing depending on publishing edition, while in high raster tone values, raster tone values are increasing. Exception is coverage of high editions where decrease of coverage in lower raster tone values is partially caused by printing plates being worn out.
