Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad načinjen je na osnovu studiranja utjecaja grafičke tehnologije na koncentraciju ozona u atmosferi, na osnovu literaturnih podataka. Fokus rada je na destrukciju ozona u stratosferi (ozonskom sloju) – „dobar“ ozon, te stvaranju istog u troposferi – „loš“ ozon. Kako je već dokazano, grafička industrija je pri vrhu ljestvice djelatnosti kojima čovjek nepovratno uzrokuje promjene u kvaliteti atmosfere. Udio grafičke industrije u pojačavanju efekta staklenika, zagađivanja zraka, smoga, pojave kiselih kiša i destrukcije ozonskog omotača vrlo je velik, i dovodi do globalnih atmosferskih promjena koje su danas vrlo jasno vidljive. Sve te aktivnosti u konačnici su dovele do radikalnih klimatskih promjena čime je ugrožena kako egzistencija čovjeka tako i sam život na Zemlji.

Abstract in english: This master's thesis is based on reference data collected by studying the impact of graphic reproduction on ozone concentration in Earth's atmosphere. Focus is on ozone depletion in stratosphere (ozone layer) – „good“ ozone, and also on the ozone formation in troposphere – „bad“ ozone. Years of research has proven that graphic industry and its activities lies on top of the pyramid by which humans irretrievably causes damages to earth and its atmosphere. The share of graphic industry in increasing the greenhouse effect, air pollution, smog, occurrence of acid rains and ozone layer destruction is highly significant as they lead to a global atmosphere changes which are already evident. Ultimately all these activities has caused radical climate changes that endanger existence of humans and life itself on Earth.
