Abstract

Abstract in english: Biochromic inks and bioactive papers are new graphic materials used for making indicators of various uses such as food packaging, medical or military internal communication and other. Indicators point out to contaminants in packed product and give us insight to product freshness or indicate presence of contaminants such as bacteria to which bioactive paper was in immediate contact with. This paper describes the currently available systems based on biochromic inks and bioactive papers, their working mechanisms and possibilities of their improvement.
Uncontrolled Keywords: Kromogene boje, biokromne boje, bioaktivni papir, indikatori svježine, pametna ambalaža
