Abstract

Diplomski rad obraduje temu „Provedivost Kaizen metode kod održavanja grafickih strojeva“. Rijec Kaizen na japanskom jeziku znaci promjena na bolje i predstavlja japansku filozofiju života i rada. Cilj svakog proizvodnog sustava je povecanje produktivnosti, ali ne na uštrb kvalitete. Japanska metoda Kaizen je upravo ono što pridonosi takvom poslovanju. Osim povecanja produktivnosti, ciljevi su i zdrava radna okolina, znanje i suradnja za zaposlenike na svim razinama, identificiranje problema, prihvacanje njihovih prijedloga, konstruktivna kritika, timski rad, redovitost, disciplina. Provodenjem Kaizen metode se može ocekivati spor, ucinkovit i kontinuirani napredak. Uspješnost Kaizen metode krije se u potpunom prihvacanju drasticnih promjena. Diplomski rad je podjeljen na teoretski i prakticni dio. Teoretski dio objašnjava smisao i utjecaj Kaizen metoda u poslovnom pogledu, ali i primjenu u grafickom poduzecu. Prakticni dio je temeljen na ispitivanju stanja u grafickom pogonu nakon uvodenja Kaizena. Potrebno je utvrditi koje su metode primjenjene i koje je promjene bilo potrebno provesti kako bi se novi standardi i ciljevi ispoštovali. Provedeno je i anketiranje na uzorku ispitanika koji nisu iz graficke struke, kako bi se utvrdila informiranost o ovoj metodi poslovanja i djelovanja opcenito.

Abstract in english: Thesis deals with the theme "Feasibility Kaizen method of printing machinery maintenance". The word Kaizen in Japanese means change for the better and is the Japanese philosophy of life and work. The goal of any manufacturing system is to increase productivity, but not at the expense of quality. Japanese method Kaizen is precisely what contributes to such management. In addition to increasing productivity, the goals of a healthy work environment, knowledge and opportunities for employees at all levels, identifying the problem, accepting their suggestions, constructive criticism, team work, regularity, discipline. The implementation of the Kaizen method can expect a slow, efficient and continuous improvement. The success of the Kaizen method is fully accepting of drastic change. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the meaning and impact of kaizen methods in terms of business, and enterprise applications in the graphic. The practical part is based on an examination of the situation in the graphic operation after the introduction of Kaizen. It is necessary to determine which methods are applied and what changes were needed to implement the new standards and objectives to comply. Survey was conducted on a sample of respondents who are outside of graphic profession, in order to determine information about this method of operations and activities in general.
