Abstract

Tehnologija 3D tiska je učinkovit i dostupan način izrade trodimenzionalnih prototipova. Pod pojmom 3D tiska smatra se ispisivanje objekata u 3 dimenzije, te se kao takav primjenjuje u različitim područjima znanosti i tehnologije. Koristi se u medicini, stomatologiji, arhitekturi, dizajnu, te grafičkoj industriji. Korištenjem 3D tehnologije moguće je izraĎivati ogledne primjere za ambalažu, projektiranje, modeliranje itd. Dostupnost brze izrade 3D modela omogućava bržu komunikaciju, poboljšanu vizualizaciju, te veću automatizaciju. Tematika diplomskog rada usmjerena je kako bi se istražile i prikazale mogućnosti suvremene tehnologije u proizvodnom procesu 3D tiskanja. Zbog specifičnosti takvog tiskanja potrebna je integracija tiskarskih strojeva te samog softvera. Tiskanje u 3D tehnologiji se danas rapidno mijenja i poboljšava stoga je potrebno razraditi proizvodni proces koji bi svojom pristupačnošću i ekonomičnošću bio dovoljno dobar kako bi olakšao rad u 3D tehnologiji. Kao primjer proizvodnog procesa uzeta je 3D slikovnica. Današnja djeca odrastaju u svijetu multimedije i novih tehnoloških otkrića. Samim time njihove potrebe, kao i način učenja se mijenja. NajmlaĎi idu u korak s razvojem i napretkom tehnologije stoga njihova perspektiva zahtijeva drugačiji, suvremeniji pristup. 3D slikovnice omogućavaju djeci interaktivnu komunikaciju, potpuniji vizualni dojam, te upotrebu osjetila dodira. Korištenjem 3D slikovnica dječji razvoj je potpuniji, smisleniji i svakako zanimljiviji.

Abstract in english: The 3D print technology is an affective and efficient available way of creating 3D prototype. When we say 3D print we are referring to printing out object in three dimensions, and as such it is used in many department of science and technology. It is used in medicine, stomatology, architecture, design and most frequently in the graphic industry. By using printing technology it is possible to create viewable example of packing, projecting or modeling. The availability of fast production of 3D model makes faster communication and enrich visualization and easier automatization possible. The main theses of this work is directed into displaying of how to research and display the possibility of using modern technology in the manufacturing process of 3D printing. Because of specific differences of this kind of print it is necessary to reintegrate the process of printing machinery and its software. Printing in 3D technology is rapidly changing and improving on an everyday basis so it is necessary to additionally develop the manufacturing process witch would alleviate working in 3D technology. The 3D picture book is used as an example of the manufacturing process. Todays children are growing up in a world of multimedia and new technology findings and as such their need and way of learning is changing. The youngest are rapidly following the development of technology and their perception requires a different newage approach. 3D picture books enable interactive communication, a more enriched visual impression, and use of the touch senses for children. The use of 3D picture book makes the children development more complete, more enriched and definitely more interesting.
