Abstract

Graviranje je tehnički postupak urezivanja i oblikovanja materijala kojim se mogu izraditi različiti oblici i ukrasiti različiti dekorativni proizvodi. U novije vrijeme, procesi graviranja pronašli su svoju primjenu u izradi reljefnih tiskovnih formi. U primjeni su uređaji koji omogućavaju izradu reljefa u materijalu mehaničkim i laserskim postupkom, a primjena im je na metalnim i polimernim materijalima. Teorijski dio rada uključuje opise procesa i uređaja koji se koriste u procesima graviranja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu će biti korišteni uzorci pločica izrađenih od biorazgradivih polimernih materijala. Na dobivenim uzorcima tiskovnih formi bit će provedena mjerenja mehaničkih i optičkih svojstava kako bi se mogla procijeniti učinkovitost postupaka mehaničkog i laserskog graviranja u izradi reljefnih tiskovnih formi.

Abstract in english: Engraving is a technical process of engraving and shaping materials that can be used to make different shapes and decorate different decorative products. More recently, engraving processes have found their application in the making of embossed printing plates. Devices are used that enable the production of relief in the material by mechanical and laser processes, and their application is on metal and polymeric materials. The theoretical part of the paper includes descriptions of processes and devices used in engraving processes. Tile samples made of biodegradable polymeric materials will be used in the experimental part. Measurements of mechanical and optical properties will be performed on the obtained samples of printing plates in order to be able to evaluate the efficiency of mechanical and laser engraving procedures in the production of relief printing plates.
