Abstract
Skladišni prostor je mjesto na kojem se skladišti i čuva roba, materijali i alati koje neko poslovanje ima. Takvi prostori su uvijek potrebni kako bi poduzeće bilo u stanju imati sve potrebno za njegovo funkcioniranje bez zastoja i gubitka vremena. Dobra organizacija unutar tih prostora je od iznimne važnosti zbog toga da poduzeće uvijek bude informirano ima li sve potrebno za obavljanje određenog posla, te zbog mogućih bržih reakcija koje nisu usporene pronalaženjem potrebne robe, materijala ili alata. U ovom radu je objašnjen pojam skladišnog prostora grafičkog poduzeća i navedene su, te zatim objašnjene sve funkcije koje taj prostor ima. Također, spomenuta je osnovna podjela skladišnih prostora na osobne, javne i ugovorne skladišne prostore, kao i kriteriji bitni za odabir skladišnog prostora. Navedena je i ukratko objašnjena oprema koju skladišni prostor grafičkog poduzeća treba imati kako bi mogao učinkovito obavljati svoje funkcije. Navedene su i različite površine za kretanje i vrste znakova koje je potrebno imati unutar skladišnog prostora. Unutar skladišnog prostora grafičkog poduzeća postoji mnogo opasnosti. Iz tog razloga, nabrojane su i objašnjene mjere i sredstva protiv požara. Također je obrazložena važnost edukacije i osposobljavanja radnika za rad i način na koji se taj proces provodi. U završetku je opisana metoda kojom se postiže dobra organizacija skladišnog prostora i način dokumentiranja i praćenja svega što se unutar njega nalazi. Osim toga objašnjena je ISO norma 9000:2015, njezini principi i načela, značenje njenog certifikata i sam postupak certifikacije.

| Abstract in english: | A warehouse is a place where some company stores and preserves goods, materials and tools it has. Such places are always needed in order for company woud be able to have everything needed for its functioning without downtime and without loss of time. Good organisation within these areas is extremly important because that way a company is always informed wheter it has everything it needs for a certen job, also because of posibility for faster reactions which are not slowed down by finding the necessary goods, materials or tools. In this paper, the concept of storage of a graphics company is explained and all the functions that this space has are listed and then explained. Also, it's mentioned the basic division of storage space which is divided into personal, public and contractual storage spaces, as well as the criterias essential for choosing a storage space. The equipment that a graphic company's warehouse should have in order to perform its functions effectively is listed and briefly explained. The different surfaces for movement and the types of signs that must be present inside the storage area are also listed. There are many dangers within the warehouse of a graphics company. For that reason, measures and means against fire are listed and explained. The importance of education and trainig of workers for work and the way in which that process is carried out are also explained. In the end, the method used to achieve a good organization of storage space and the method of documenting and monitoring everything that is inside of that storage space is described. In addition, the ISO standard 9000:2015, it's principles and tenets, the meaning of it's certificate and the certification proces itself are explained too. |
