Abstract

U ovom završnom radu cilj je istražiti kako različite dobne skupine reagiraju na različite palete boja, te kako one na njih utječu. Dobne skupine koje će se ispitivati u istraživanju biti će od 10 do 19 godina, od 20 do 29 godina, od 30 do 39 godina, od 40 do 49 godina i od 50 do 59 godina. Objasnit će se kako dobiti vlastite palete boja i kakve vrste paleta boja postoje. Postoje monokromatske, analogne, komplementarne, podijeljene komplementarne, trijadne i tetradične palete boja. Kako bismo uopće mogli dobiti uvid kakve su to palete boja, obradit će se sama teorija boje koja objašnjava kako ljudi percipiraju boju i vizualne efekte, kako se boje miješaju, slažu ili su u kontrastu jedna s drugom. Teorija boja također uključuje poruke kojima boje komuniciraju i metode koje se koriste za repliciranje boje. Uz teoriju boja obradit će se i koncepti i terminologija boje. Kada kažemo koncepti i terminologija boje podrazumijevamo sve osobine boja. Prihofizičke karakteristike boja su ton, zasićenje i svjetlina koje će se detaljno opisati u daljnjem djelu rada te će biti popraćene primjerima u dizajnu. Također će se obraditi i psihologija boja. Psihologija boja jedan je od najvažnijih aspekata boje u dizajnu. Ona proučava kako boje određuju ljudske emocije i ponašanja. Na boje reagiramo na temelju složenog niza interakcija između naših osobnih ukusa, obiteljskog odgoja i našeg kulturnog porijekla.

Abstract in english: In this final paper, the goal is to investigate how different age groups react to different color palettes, and how they affect them. The age groups that will be examined in the research will be from 10 to 19 years, from 20 to 29 years, from 30 to 39 years, from 40 to 49 years and from 50 to 59 years. In the final paper it will be explained how to get your own color palettes and what types of color palettes there are. There are monochromatic, analogous, complementary, split complementary and triadic, tetradic color palettes. In order to get an idea of what color palettes are, the color theory itself will be discussed, which explains how people perceive color and visual effects, how colors mix, match or contrast with each other. Color theory also includes the messages that colors communicate and the methods used to replicate color. In addition to color theory, color concepts and terminology will be covered. When we say color concepts and terminology, we mean all color properties. Some of the characteristics of colors are shade, chromaticity, saturation, brightness and many others that will be described in more detail in the further part of the work and will be accompanied by examples in design. Color psychology will also be covered. Color psychology is one of the most important aspects of color in design. It studies how colors determine human emotions and behaviors. We react to colors based on a complex series of interactions between our personal tastes, family upbringing and our cultural background.
