Abstract
Posljednjih godina u svijetu sve više raste ekološka osviještenost i na razne načine se nastoji smanjiti zagađenje okoliša. Iz tog razloga sve više u uporabu ulaze biorazgradivi materijali koji su s jedne strane ekološki prihvatljivi a s druge strane optimalni kvalitetom. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je ispitivanje uzoraka materijala koji su ekološki prihvatljivi te izrada tiskovne forme od biorazgradivih materijala koja bi bila primjenjiva za visoki tisak. Osnovni materijali uzoraka koji će biti korišteni su PLA (polilaktidna kiselina) i PCL (polikaprolakton). PLA jedan je od najraširenijih biorazgradivih polimera. Često se primjenjuje u medicini te je i rastući polimer u proizvodnji ekološki prihvatljivih ambalažnih materijala. PCL je biorazgradivi polimer sintetičkog porijekla. Razgradiv je u prirodi od strane bakterija i gljivica, ali nije razgradiv unutar ljudskog ili životinjskog organizma radi nedostatka određenih enzima. Uzorci materijala će biti pripremljeni u obliku filamenata za 3D tisak. Aditivna proizvodnja je brz i jednostavan način izrade različitih modela, a u ovom diplomskom radu će biti korištena za izradu tiskovne forme za visoki tisak. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada izrađene su pločice određenih dimenzija na kojima će biti provedena različita mjerenja radi određivanja njihovih površinskih, strukturnih i mehaničkih svojstava s ciljem karakterizacije odgovarajućeg materijala koji bi svojstvima odgovarao tiskovnih formama koje se koriste u visokom tisku.

Abstract in english: | Over the last few years, environmental awareness has been growing in the world and efforts are being made to reduce environmental pollution in various ways, which is why biodegradable polymers are increasingly being used. It would be useful to find a material that will be environmentally friendly, apart from its quality. The aim of this thesis is to examine samples of materials that are environmentally friendly and to make a printing form from biodegradable materials that would be applicable to letterpress printing. The basic sample materials to be used are PLA (polylactic acid) and PCL (polycaprolactone). PLA is one of the most widespread used biodegradable polymers which is often used in medicine and is a growing polymer in the production of environmentally friendly packaging materials. PCL is a biodegradable polymer of synthetic origin. It is degradable in nature by bacteria and fungi, but it is not degradable within the human or animal body due to the lack of certain enzymes. Material samples will be prepared in the form of filaments for 3D printing. Three-dimensional printing technology is a quick and easy way to create different models, and in this thesis will be used to create a printing form for letterpress printing. In the first step, plates of certain dimensions will be made on which various measurements will be performed to determine their surface, structural and mechanical properties in order to characterize the appropriate material that would match the properties of printing forms used in letterpress printing. |
