Abstract
U ovom završnom radu ispitivat će se tri vrste valovitog peteroslojnog kartona. Svi uzorci materijala koji se ispituju dobiveni su iz tvornice u Belišću, Belišće d.d. Ispitivanja su provedena u prostorijama Katedre za projektiranje i doradu na Grafičkom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Izvršena su četiri ispitivanja mehaničke otpornosti valovitog kartona. Ispitana je otpornost valovitog kartona na dinamičko probijanje (PT – puncture test), otpornost na ravnu tlačnu silu (FCT – flat crush test), otpornost brida na tlačnu silu (ECT – edge crush test) te otpornost valovitog kartona na statičko probijanje (BST - bursting strenght test). U teorijskom dijelu ovog rada, definiran je sam pojam valovitog kartona, objašnjen njegov razvoj i izrada te sirovine i strojevi zaslužni za njegov nastanak. Objašnjene su prednosti i mane različitih tipova valovitog kartona i ambalaže koja je izrađena od njega, a navedene su i neke činjenice vezane uz tisak na ovakav tip ambalaže.

Abstract in english: | In this final paper work tree types of corrugated cardboard, double-wall board, were investigated. All samples of materials being tested were obtained from the factory in Belišće, Belišće d.o.o. Tests were conducted on the premises of the Department of projecting and postpressed on the Graphic University in Zagreb. There were four tests of mechanical resistance of corrugated cardboard. We tested the resistance of corrugated cardboard on the dynamic breaking (PT – puncture test), resistance to compressive force level (FCT – flat crush test), resistance to edge compressive force (ECT – edge crush test) and the resistance of corrugated cardboard on the static bursting (BST – bursting strenght test). In the theoretical part of this work, we defined the nation of the corrugated cardborad, explained its development and production, raw materials and machinery responsible for its development. Also, we explained the advantages and disadvantages of different types of corrugated cardboard and packaging made from it, and provided some facts related to printing on this type of packaging. |
