Abstract

Grafička proizvodnja realizira se kroz detaljne proizvodne procese koji zahtjevaju kontrolu i upravljanje. U svim proizvodnim jedinicama pouzdanost i sigurnost procesa vrlo su značajni. Kontrola kvalitete stup je upravljanja procesima putem alata i metoda za spriječavanje mogućih odstupanja. Predmet ovog rada je metoda analize mogućih pogrešaka i njihovih posljedica, a cilj istraživanja je ispitati mogućnost primjene u grafičkoj proizvodnji. Metodom FMEA provedenoj u procesu tiska dobiveni su podaci o mogućim odstupanjima te procjena tvrdnji o mogućnosti realiziranja metode u grafičkoj proizvodnji. Rezultati metode su pokazali način pronalaženja uzroka odstupanja te pružili pravac osmišljavanja rješenja.

Abstract in english: The graphic production is being realized through detailed production processes which demand control and management. In all of the manufacturing units reliability and safety of the processes involved are immensely significant. Quality control is the pillar of process' management and is utilised via different tools and methods in order to nullify any possible divergences. This works' main theme is the failure mode and effects analysis, with a goal of utilizing this method in a graphic industry. Using FMEA in a printing house has resulted in a presumable deviations database as well as in the assessment of using the method within domain of graphic industry. Results of this gathered information have led to finding the causes of discrepancies and shown the right direction of solving the issues involved.
