Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu ispitivat će se tlačno opterečenje odnosno puzanje kutija od valovitog kartona pri promjenama atmosferskih uvjeta u određenom vremenu pod određenim opterećenjem. Cilj ovog istraživanja je pokazati da se vijek trajanja ambalaže od valovitog kartona može znatno skratiti ako je ta ambalaža izložena velikim i stalnim izmjenama atmosferskih uvjeta. U tu svrhu istraživanja nakon određenih ciklusa izmjena atmosferskih uvjeta u kojima će boraviti ispitivane kutije vršiti će se ispitivanja tlačne čvrstoće kutija, otpornosti brida valovitog kartona na tlačnu silu te vlaga valovitog kartona. U teorijskom dijelu ovoga rada definiran je sam pojam valovitog kartona, opisana je u kratko povijest valovitog kartona, vrste valovitog kartona, sirovine od kojih se izrađuje valoviti karton, vrste kutija koje se izrađuju od valovitog kartona te tijek proizvodnje valovitog kartona.

Abstract in english:	In this master thesis will be investigated pressurization or creep of corrugated boxes in changing atmospheric conditions at a particular time under a specific load. The aim of this research is to demonstrate that the life of corrugated cardboard can be significantly reduced if the packaging is exposed to a large and constantly changing atmospheric conditions. For this purpose research, after cycle changes of atmospheric conditions in which the test boxes will stay, the boxes will be carried out on tests of compressive strength boxes, corrugated cardboard edge resistance of the compressive force and humidity corrugated cardboard. The theoretical part of this master thesis defines the concept of corrugated cardboard, is described in a brief history of corrugated cardboard, corrugated board types, raw materials which produce a corrugated cardboard, types of boxes which are made of corrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard production workflows.
