Abstract

QR 2D kodovi sadrže velike količine informacija na malom prostoru. Do problema može doći ukoliko je kod oštećen i njegovim očitavanjem ne možemo doći do željene informacije. U ovom diplomskom radu istraživati će se koliko oštećenje na QR 2D kodu nastalo na primjer u transportu, prilikom ispisa koda utječe na čitljivost koda s obzirom na njegove parametre kodiranja i koji programi za očitavanje kodova su se pokazali kao najpouzdaniji ukoliko je kod oštećen. Također će se istražiti koliko stupanj oštećenja koda ovisi o njegovoj čitljivosti. Teorijski dio rada govori nam kako je nastao 2D kod, koje su najpopularnije vrste 2D kodova, što je QR 2D kod, kako ga generirati, očitati i primijeniti. Iz istraživanja provedenog u eksperimentalnom dijelu saznati ćemo kako različiti parametri kodiranja koda utječu na njegovu čitljivost, jer svaki QR 2D kod u sebi ima ugrađen sustav ispravljanja pogrešaka. Saznati ćemo i koji od trenutno najpopularnijih programa za očitavanje QR 2D kodova su uspjeli očitati oštećeni kod.

Abstract in english: QR codes contain large amount of information on a small place. Problem can occur if the code is damaged and its reading can not get you the desired information. This thesis will explore how such damage occurred in transit or in printing process affects readability depending on encoding parameters and which programs for reading codes have proved to be most reliable if the code is damaged. We will also explore how level of damage depends on code readability. The theoretical part of the thesis tells us history of 2D codes, which are the most popular types of 2D codes, what is a 2D QR code, how to generate, read and apply 2D QR code. From research conducted in the experimental part we'll find out how much damage on the code can affect its readability beacuse every program possesess error correction system. We will also find which of the most popular programs for code reading were able to read the damaged code.
