Abstract

U ovom je radu pojašnjen utjecaj ofsetnog bojila veće ekološke podobnosti na karakteristike recikliranih vlakanca. Nove formulacije ofsetnih bojila imaju manji utjecaj na okoliš, za razliku od ranijih formulacija koje su sadržavale visoku koncentraciju hlapljivih organskih spojeva. Takvi spojevi doprinose rizicima u radnoj okolini kao što su zapaljivost i štetnost za zdravlje radnika. U vanjskoj atmosferi, uz ostala zagađivala prisutna u atmosferi, doprinose efektu fotokemijskog smoga. U radu je diskutirano o poboljšanju formulacije bojila u smjeru veće ekološke održivosti tijekom cijeloživotnog ciklusa proizvoda. Kako broj ekološki podobnih formulacija svakim danom raste tako i svojstava otiska imaju bolje karakteristike u tisku i nakon tiska u upotrebi i recikliranju, odnosno zbrinjavanju. Osim toga, prikazan je pregled podobnijih formulacija i njihov razvitak, te pojašnjen utjecaj reciklacije na karakteriste reciklaranih vlakanaca. Obrađene su suvremene norme i zakonske odredbe kako na području Republike Hrvatske tako i u svijetu na području reciklacije i zbrinjavanju otpada.

Abstract in english: This paper clarifies the impact of offset ink higher environmental suitability to the characteristics of recycled fibers. New formulations of the offset inks have a lower impact on the environment, unlike earlier formulations that contained a high concentration of volatile organic compounds. Such compounds contribute to the risks in the work environment, such as flammability and harmful to the health of workers. In the outer atmosphere, with other pollutants presented in the atmosphere, contributions to the effect of photochemical smog. In this paper it's discussed about improving ink formulations towards greater environmental sustainability in a life cycle of the product. As the numbers of environmentally friendly formulation are growing, there are better performance in the press and after press, regarding recycling and disposal. In addition, it's reviewd that there are better formulations and their development, and explained the impact of recycling on the characteristic of the recycled fibers. Also are reviewd contemporary norms and legal provisions in Croatia as well as in the world in the area of recycling and waste management.
