Abstract
Zahtjevi za kvalitetom tiskovina u stalnom su porastu, rokovi isporuke gotovih proizvoda se sve više smanjuju, stoga je potrebno osigurati konstantu u pružanju kvalitetnog i brzog digitalnog otiska. To znači da digitalni tiskarski stroj, kao osnovno i najvažnije sredstvo za rad svake digitalne tiskare mora ponuditi što veću pouzdanost kako bi što efikasnije i kvalitetnije odrađivao poslove kojima je podvrgnut. Budući da je digitalni tisak nametnuo visoke standarde kvalitete otiska na širokom spektru tiskovnih podloga, već i mala odstupanja od predviđenog predstavljaju problem i smatraju se lošim otiskom. Upravo zbog svih ovih navedenih razloga model potpunog održavanja produkcijskih sustava nameće se kao imperativ, jer takva vrsta održavanja korisnicima nudi visoku razinu pouzdanosti, kvalitetan i brz otisak, raspoloživost potrošnog materijala, rezervnih dijelova i servisnih usluga u vrlo kratkom vremenu, te potpunu predvidljivost troškova tiska od početka do kraja. U radu će se provesti istraživanje o zastupljenosti održavanja na promatranim strojevima kroz broj servisnih intervencija. Prikazati će se funkcionalna opterećenost strojeva kroz prikaz broja napravljenih otisaka, zatim odnos broja servisnih intervencija i količine napravljenih otisaka, te odnos broja servisnih intervencija i starosti stroja. Ovim se radom želi pokazati koliko je zapravo velika važnost održavanja za sam stroj, odnosno za cjelokupno poslovanje digitalne tiskare.

Abstract in english: | Requirements for quality printed matter are constantly increasing, delivery deadlines of finished products are shortened, so it is necessary to ensure a constant in providing digital prints of good quality and quickly. This means that the digital printing machine, as the basic and most important tool for the operation of a digital printing press, must be reliable in order to fulfil tasks imposed upon it with more efficiency and high quality. As digital printing has set high standards for quality prints on a wide range of printing surfaces, even a small deviation from the planned is a problem and considered a bad print. It is because of all the abovementioned reasons that the production system complete maintenance model is a imperative, as this kind of maintenance offers users a high level of reliability, quality and fast print, availability of supplies, spare parts and repair services in a very short time, and printing cost predictability from beginning to end. This work researches maintenance occurrence on machines observed through service interventions. It will present the functional load of machines through the display of the number of prints made, and the ratio between service interventions and quantity of prints made, as well as the relationship between the number of service interventions and the age of the machine. The aim of this paper is to present how important maintenance is for the machine itself, that is, for the digital printing press. |
