Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu istražuju se očekivane i stvarne mogućnosti kvalitete reprodukcije konvencionalnog ofsetnog tiska i digitalnog tiska na principu elektrofotografije u uvjetima malih naklada. Korišteni uređaji su osmerobojni ofsetni tiskarski stroj KBA Rapida 105/8 SW, digitalni tiskarski stroj Xerox DocuColor 5000, koji radi na principu elektrofotografije i spektrofotometar X-Rite SpectroEye za denzitometrijska i spektrofotometrijska mjerenja. Ofsetni tisak je četverobojni. Tiskovne podloge za ispitivanje kvalitete reprodukcije su 130 g/m2 ofsetni papir (Arctic The Volume) i 130 g/m2 papir za umjetnički tisak (Magno Satin mat). Izmjerena su polja različite pokrivenosti rastertonske vrijednosti u rasponu od 0% do 100% za svaku osnovnu CMYK boju sa razmacima od 20%. Također su SpectroEye uređajem izmjerene i gustoće obojenja punog polja za svaku boju zasebno. Sa dobivenim rezultatima analiziraju se prirast RTV-a, gustoća obojenja punog polja, relativni tiskovni kontrast, a za vizualnu kontrolu, pomoću fotografske lupe, na danjem svijetlu, uspoređuju se kromatsko i akromatsko sivo polje, te je izvršena anketa na ispitanicima. Iz analize otisaka, zaključak je da kolorne reprodukcije sa malim rastertonskim vrijednostima i u manjim nakladama preporučljivije tiskati u ofsetnoj tehnici tiska.

Abstract in english: | This thesis explores the expected and actual quality of reproductive capabilities of conventional offset printing and digital printing on the principle of electrophotography, in the conditions of short-run printing. The devices used for this thesis are 8 colours offset press KBA Rapida 105/8 SW, digital printing press Xerox DocuColor 5000, which works on the principle of electrophotography. X-Rite SpectroEye was used for densitrometric and spectrophotometric measurements. Four colour printing was used. Paper used for testing the quality of reproductions were 130 g/m2 o ffset p aper A rctic T he Volume and 130 g/m2 art paper Magno Satin Matt. For every primary CMYK colour, fields of screen values in range 0% - 100% were measured, within intervals of 20%. Also, SpectroEye was used for measurement of ink density of the full tone for each colour. The obtained results were used for analysis of dot gain, the ink density of the full tone and relative print contrast. For visual control in the daylight chromatic and achromatic grey fields were compared, using the photographic magnifying glass, and a survey of respondents was conducted. The conclusion is that color reproduction with a small screen values in smaller print runs preferably printed in offset printing technique. |
