Abstract
Sirovina koja je potrebna za proizvodnju dolazi iz naše okoline. Međutim, nakon njene proizvodnje i uporabe kao nova sirovina (u izmjenjenom obliku) ponovo se vraća u okolinu. Opisani ciklus se još naziva od „kolijevke do groba“. Procjena životnog ciklusa kao analitički „alat“ služi za postizanje čišće tehnologije prema načelima održivog razvoja. Pomoću ove analize radi se procjena utjecaja na okoliš svih faza i podfaza životnog ciklusa.Upravljanje životnim ciklusom proizvoda započinje analizom problema vezanih u svim fazama grafičke proizvodnje.Tada se analiziraju ključni problemi. Na bazi metode procjene životnog ciklusa,promatran je jedan grafički proizvod - papirnata vrećica i to od ulaza materijala do izlaza gotovog proizvoda primjenjujući načela i kriterije ISO standarda. Pritom je dan fokus na zbrinjavanju otpada, odnosno materijala koji se vraća u okoliš. U ovom radu prikazana je ekološka valorizacija ofsetnog tiska. Cilj je ekološka osviještenost iz koje proizlazi smanjenje onečišćenja odnosno odgovorno ponašanje prema okolišu.

Abstract in english: | These papers are presenting a LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) as an analytic tool for creating a cleaner technology due to norms of sustainable development. With this analysis it is possible to make a prediction on how every phase and sub phase can influence on environment. Through this paper it is shown a LCA method that able a possibility to have an overview of the product life cycle and furthermore to se occurred problem. Then when a problem is located, it is crucial to go throughanalyze a problem in specific phase. This is a moment when a management of product life cycle starts. After that chapter related to the LCA method, it is analyzed a chosen product in a printing company from material inputs to product outputs and materials that are returning to the environment by using those norms and criteria’s of ISO standards. The main point of view is taking care of waste or materials that are finishing back to the environment. With this work, an ecological valorization of offset print through a product life cycle is shown in two ways that has the same cause. The goal is to create ecological awareness that comes from reduction of pollution or we can say with adequate to environment. Raw materials needed for the product production comes from environment and even after production and stage of usage of that product, the same raw material transferred in other form is refunding back to the environment. Described cycle is called “cradle to grave”. |
