Abstract

Fotografija je interesantna zbog univerzalnog jezika kojim govori slika, što se kreće zajedno sa životom i tehničkim napretkom i što uvijek otkriva i donosi neku novost. Ona je svugdje prisutna, a njezina svestranost je svakim danom sve veća, jer joj se stalno proširuju mogućnosti pronalaskom novih, tipičnih fotografskih sredstava. Fotografskoj slici ljudi vjeruju, jer im dočarava ono što se u trenutku snimanja nalazilo pred fotoaparatom. Na prvi pogled, čovjek fotografsku sliku može razumjeti bolje od pisane riječi. Fotografija je istinita, točna, brza i daje mogućnost umnožavanja. Ona je poseban vid likovnog izražavanja, odnosno posebna (grafička) tehnika likovnih umjetnosti. Specifičnosti fotografske tehnike prvotno su uzrokovale otežano priznavanje fotografske umjetnosti, ali je upravo fotografija svojim posebnostima otvorila put prihvaćanju novih tehnika likovnog izražavanja. Koristeći mogućnosti fotografskog izražavanja i stvarajući svoj specifični stil, fotografija je sigurno jedan od načina likovnog izražavanja koji obilježava naše vrijeme. Tema diplomskog rada jest Specifičnost sintakse crno-bijele fotografije. U istom se navode i analiziraju svi elementi kompozicije kojima se na crno-bijeloj fotografiji postiže red. U praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada analiziraju se snimljene crno-bijele autorske fotografije.

Abstract in english:	Photography is interesting because of the universal language spoken by images, that moves along with life and technical progress and which always reveals and brings some news. It is ubiquitous, and its versatility increases day by day, because the discovery of new, typical photographic equipment is constantly expanding its opportunities. People believe in photo images because they capture what was located in front of the camera at the moment of shooting. Photographic image can be understood better at first sight than the written word. Photography is true, accurate, fast and gives the possibility of reproduction. It is a special form of artistic expression and special (graphical) technique of Fine Arts. Specifics of photographic techniques initially have caused difficulty in recognizing the art of photography, but at the same time unique characteristics of photography paved the way for the acceptance of the new techniques of artistic expression. By using the possibilities of photographic expression and by creating its own specific style, photography is certainly one of the ways of artistic expression that marks our time. Thesis is specificity of the syntax of black and white photographs. In the thesis are presented and analyzed all of the elements of the composition which are used in the black-and-white photography to achieve order. In the practical part of the thesis are analyzed original photographs shot in black-and-white.
