Abstract

Plošni tisak je danas najzastupljenija tehnika tiska u svijetu. To je jedina tehnika u kojoj se na tiskovnoj formi susreću dvije, po svojim fizikalno-kemijskim svojstvima, različite vrste tvari, otopina za vlaženje i boja. Plošni tisak je doživio veliki napredak zahvaljujući značajnom razvoju grafičke pripreme , usavršavanju tiskarskih strojeva i modernizaciji kontrole procesa tiska. Ovisno o podlozi na koju se otiskuje, postoje strojevi konstruirani za tisak iz arka i strojevi za tisak iz role. U ovom radu biti će teoretski opisani povijesni razvoj tiska iz role, konstrukcije strojeva, princip tiska, proces proizvodnje dnevnih novina i faktori koji utječu na kvalitetu krajnjeg proizvoda. U eksperimentalnom dijelu mjerene su rastertonske vrijednosti , kao ključne parametre koji utječu na kvalitetu tiska, te njihovo osciliranje u tisku jedne naklade kroz period od deset dana.

Abstract in english:	Flatbed printing is now the most common printing techniques in the world. It is the only technique in which a press fit encountered two, in their physico-chemical properties, different types of substances, wetting solution and colors. Lithography has seen great progress thanks to the significant development of prepress, printing machines development and modernization process control of the press. Depending on the surface on which is printed, there are machines designed for sheet-fed printing machines and web offset. This work will be theoretically described the historical development of printing from a roll, construction machinery, printing principle, the process of production of daily novinai and factors that affect the quality of the final product. In the experimental part were measured dot gain, as a key parameter that affects the quality of the press, and their oscillation in print editions through one period of ten days.
