Abstract

Tehnika 3D tiska je tehnika pomoću koje se posebnom metodom dvodimenzionalnog tiska izgrađuje trodimenzionalan objekt. 3D ink jet tisak baziran je na konvencionalnom ink jet procesu tiska, uobičajenom u grafičkoj tehnologiji. Kao osnovni materijali koriste se prah (umjesto dvodimenzionalne podloge) i tekuće vezivo (kao boja). Objekti nastaju stvrdnjavanjem uzastopnih slojeva, presjeka objekta. Tisak takozvanih 3D objekata ima široku primjenu, a potreba za njima sve više i više raste, proporcionalno sa sve većom dostupnosti ove tehnike. Primarna svrha ove tehnike je brza izrada prototipa. Uz ovu tehnologiju postoje i još neke koje koristimo za brzu izradu prototipova i gotovih alata u manjim serijama, a svedeni su pod zajednički naziv aditivna proizvodnja. U ovom radu opisat će se osnovni postupak izgradnje 3D objekta i način rada važnijih elemenata stroja. Usporedit će se nekoliko sličnih strojeva te njihove tehničke karakteristike. Opisati će se osnove rada ostalih metoda izrade 3D objekata, odrediti neke konstruktivne karakteristike koje mora ispunjavati stroj za 3D tisak i dati nekoliko prijedloga za unaprijeđenje sadašnjih strojeva.

Abstract in english: Technique of 3D printing is a technique by which, with a special method of two-dimensional printing, can be constructed a three-dimensional object. 3D ink jet printing is based on the conventional ink jet printing process, which is very common in printing technology. As the basic materials are often used powder (instead of two-dimensional surface) and a liquid binder (such as color). Objects are being created by induration of multiple successive layers, cross-object. Printing of so-called 3D objects is widely used, and the need for them is growing more and more, in proportion with the increasing availability for these techniques. The primary purpose of this technique is rapid production of prototypes. Along with this technology, there are still some other technologies that we use for rapid production of prototypes and ready-made tools in smaller series, and they are reduced to a common name for additive manufacturing. In this presentation will be described the basic process of making a 3D object and mode of working of important elements of the machine. There will be compared several similar machines and their technical characteristics and also described the basics of the other methods of making 3D objects. Furthermore it will be specified some constructive characteristics of 3D printing machine that one must fulfill and it will be given several suggestions for improvement of the current machine.
