Abstract
Razvoj automatske regulacije industrijskih procesa tekao je paralelno s razvojem industrije. Kao početak primjene regulacije može se uzeti otkriće centrifugalnog regulatora za regulaciju broja okretaja parnog stroja. U teoriji automatske regulacije postignut je vrlo veliki napedak u posljednjih 50-ak godina, a naročito brz razvoj regulacije počinje razvojem elektronike i do danas je u stalnom usponu. Danas regulacijska tehnika ulazi u sva područja tehnike pa tako i u procese grafičke proizvodnje. Široka primjena automatske regulacije u grafičkoj industriji zahtjeva od injženjera projektanata, a isto tako i od voditelja pogona, dobro poznavanje fizikalnih osnova automatske regulacije. Cilj rad je istražiti koji se urađaji automatske regulacije najčešće susreču u grafičkoj industriji kod regulacije broja okretaja, razine boje, razine otopine za vlaženje, količine vlage u prostoriji i sl. Opisat će se PI (proportional integral controller) i PID (proportional integral derivative controller) regulatore koji se koriste kod složenijih regulacijskih sistema te simulacijama prikazati njihove prednosti i mane te utjecaj na kvalitetu grafičkog proizvoda.

Abstract in english: | The development of automatic control of industrial processes proceeded in parallel with the development of the industry. As the beginning of the application of regulation can take discovery centrifugal regulator for speed control of the steam engine. The theory of automatic control have a very big progress in the past 50 years, and particularly the rapid development of regulation begins with the development of electronics and to date is on a constant rise. Today, control technology permeates all areas of technology and also in graphic production processes. Broad application of automatic control in the printing industry requires engineer designers, as well as leader of the drive, a good knowledge of the physical basis for automatic control. This paper aims to explore which automatic regulation commonly encountered in the printing industry in the regulation of the speed, the color, the levels of the wetting solution, the amount of moisture in the room and so. Thesis will describe the PI (proportional integral controller) and PID (proportional integral derivative controller ) controls that are used for more complex control systems and simulations show the advantages and disadvantages, and the impact on the quality of printed products. |
