Abstract

U procesu tiska, parametri i uvjeti koji djeluju na kvalitetu otiska nisu stalni kroz cijelo vrijeme tiska. Nestalnost parametara i uvjeta u procesu tiska uzrokuje na neujednačenost dotoka bojila na tiskovnu podlogu, ali i različite adhezivne i kohezivne sile koje se javljaju u procesu tiska između tiskovnog materijala i bojila. Posljedica tih promjena je da se kvaliteta otiska u procesu proizvodnje mijenja ovisno o količini bojila koju tiskovna podloga prihvati te se tako dobivaju otisci koji ne reflektiraju identičnu spektralnu energiju kroz cijelu nakladu. Osim toga, problem je taj što motivi na otiscima mogu biti potpuno različiti po količini informacija i potrebnog obojenja od kojih se otisak sastoji. Pod takvim uvjetima za dobivanje kvalitetnog otiska preporučuje se korištenje različitih standarda koji definiraju gustoću obojenja te CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti osnovnih tiskarskih boja. Otiskivanjem s takvim vrijednostima ponekad se ne mogu zadovoljiti kriteriji kvalitete kroz cijelu nakladu. Razlog smanjenju kvalitete je upravo taj što uvjeti u tisku nisu konstantni kroz tisak cijele naklade.

Abstract in english: In the printing process, the parameters and conditions that affect the quality of the prints are not constant throughout the time of printing. The fluctuation parameters and conditions in the printing process is causing the imbalance flow of color on the printing surface, and a variety of adhesive and cohesive forces which occur during the printing process between the printing material and color. The consequence of these changes is that the print quality in the manufacturing process changes depending on the amount of dye which accepts printing substrate, and thus get prints that do not reflect identical spectral energy throughout the entire circulation. Besides, the problem is that the motives of the prints can be completely different in the amount of information and required coloring of which is composed print. Under such conditions to obtain high-quality prints is recommended to use different standards that define the density of color and CIE L * a * b * values of the basic printing inks. Imprinting with these values sometimes can not meet the criteria of quality throughout the print run. The reason for the reduction of quality is exactly that the conditions of the press printing are not constant through the whole edition.
