Abstract

Danas se sve više proizvoda radi u tehnici fleksotiska iz razloga što njegova kvaliteta otiska ne zaostaje ništa naspram drugih tehnika tiska, a sam proces tiska je jeftiniji i ekološki prihvatljiviji. Naglasak je upravo na kvaliteti tiska, a kako bi do nje došlo potrebno je imati kvalitetnu opremu i redovito ju održavati. Jedan od glavnih faktora koji utječu na kvalitetu otiska kod strojeva koji tiskaju iz role je i pravilna napetost papirne trake. Za održavanje strojeva postoje razni uređaji za mjerenje pomoću kojih možemo uspoređivati njihovo stvarno stanje. U teorijskom dijelu bit će opisan princip fleksotiska, održavanje i vibracije, te FFT analiza. U praktičnom dijelu istraživanja mjerili smo vibracije na valjcima za napetost papirne trake uređajem Vibscanner Njemačke tvrtke Prüftechnik. Nakon mjerenja i kolektiranja podataka u memoriju uređaja vrijednosti su premještene u program Omnitrend od istoimene tvrtke te tamo podvrgnuti daljnjoj analizi.

Abstract in english:	Today, more and more products for the flexo technique because of its print quality is not anything behind compared to other printing techniques, and the printing process is cheaper and more environmentally friendly. The emphasis is just on the quality of printing, in order for it to occur it is necessary to have quality equipment and maintain it regularly. One of the main factors influencing the quality impression of the machines print out a roll of paper tape tension is correct. To maintain the machines, there are various devices for the measurement by which we can compare their actual condition. The theoretical part will be described the principle of flexo, maintenance and vibration, and FFT analysis. In the practical part of the study, we measured the vibrations of the roller tension for paper tape device Vibscanner Prüftechnik German company. After the measurements ant the collecting of data into the devices memory the data was transferred via USB cable into the Omnitrend software made by the same company where we did a number of analysis tasks.
