Abstract

Tehnika ofsetnog tiska je u porastu tokom zadnjih godina. Počevši od prvog ofsetnog stroja, prve ofsetne rotacije pa sve do strojeva koji se koriste danas, ofsetni tisak je i dalje najzastupljenija tehnika zahvaljujući tisku novina i časopisa. Praćenje kvalitete jedan je od vaţnijih zadataka unutar grafičke tehologije. Razvojem cijele industrije tiskarstva na trţište dolazi sve više konkurencije i zahtjev za kvalitetom je sve veći. Mjerenje prirasta rastertonskih vrijednosti radi se u svrhu postizanja kvalitetnih reprodukcija. Kontroliraju se parametri koji utječu na prirast rastertonskih vrijednosti, kao što su otopina za vlaţenje, tiskovna forma, bojilo itd. Da bi dobivene vrijednosti bile u granicama tolerancije provode se mjerenja gustoće obojenja preko kontrolnih stripova. Odstupanja se prikazuju krivuljama prirasta rastertonskih vrijednosti pomoću kojih se sustav moţe staviti u točno definirani prirast RTV u svrhu dobivanja ţeljene kvalitete otiska.

Abstract in english:	During recent years, the application of offset printing is increasing. All the way back from the first rotary offset presses, offset printing is still the dominant printing technique, in no small part because of the magazine and newspaper printing. Quality control is one of the most important tasks in the field of graphic technology. With the development of the entire printing industry, the demands for quality assurance are also increasing. The measuring of dot gain values is done for the purpose of obtaining printing results that meet the current quality demands. Parameters being controlled are those that directly influence dot gain values, such as values of the dampening solution, printing plates, printing dyes and such.To assure that the monitored values stay inside levels of tolerance, measurements are being done with the help of control strips. Deviations are shown through dot gain value curves, with the help of which can the system later be adjusted to produce a specifically defined dot gain value for the purpose of obtaining the desired quality of prints.
