Abstract

Ofsetni tisak danas je najzastupljenija tehnika tiska. Tehnologija ofseta toliko je razvijena da se grafički proizvod može dovesti do zavidno visokog stupnja kvalitete u vrlo kratkom vremenu. Provedba kontrole kvalitete otiska (vizualna i mjerljiva) tijekom procesa tiska nužna je i poželjna i ona povećava krajnji ishod kvalitete tiska gotovog grafičkog proizvoda. Sama kvaliteta tiska predstavlja jedan od odlučujućih faktora u privlačenju pažnje potencijalnih kupaca i ugovaranju poslova. Ovaj rad bavi se kontrolom kvalitete tiska plave boje sa otisaka koji su proizvedeni ofsetnom tehnikom i u maloj nakladi. Tisak se odvijao na četverobojnom ofsetnom stroju i u malom tiskarskom pogonu, a kontrola kvalitete otisaka bila je samo vizualna. Mjerenja su obavljena spektrofotomerom pri čemu su se na svakom od izabranih otisaka mjerile CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti plave boje na 5 različitih točki na samom otisku. Rezultati mjerenja prikazani su dijagramima i tabelarno i izvršena je njihova komparacija sa subjektivnom analizom vizualnog doživljaja kvalitete tiska plave boje provedenom među ispitanicima. Svrha samog rada bila je utvrditi slijedeće: da li je kvaliteta tiska plave boje zadovoljavajuća sa obzirom na korištenje samo vizualne kontrole, jesu li mjerene CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti, odn. kolorimetrijska razlika među mjerenim točkama u granicama standarda te da li ispitanici vizualno primjećuju eventualna odstupanja u tonalitetu plave boje.

Abstract in english: Today, offset printing is the most commonly used printig technique . Offset technology has developed so much that graphic product can lead to an enviable high level of quality in a very short time. Implementation of quality control during printing processes (visual and mea-surement) is very necessary and desirable and it can increase printing quality of a final graphic product. Printing quality presents one of the key factors in attracting attention of potential clients and making new deals. The main occupation of this paper is printing quality of a blue colour from print samples that are produced by offset printing technique and in a small edition. Printing took place on a four coloured offset machine in a small printing house, and quality control of print samples was only visual. Measurements were done spectrophoto-metrically where on each of choosen print samples CIE L*a*b* values of blue colour were measured on 5 different points on the same print sample. Measuring results were presented by diagrams and tables and they have been compared with results of subjective analysis that was based on a visual experience of quality control of a blue colour and was performed between 10 examiners. The purpose of the paper was to determine the following: wheather printing quality of a blue colour is satisfying regarding to visual quality control that was used only; wheather measured CIE L*a*b* values i.e. colometric difference between points are in standard boundaries and wheather the examiners notice the possible hue difference of a blue colour.
