Abstract

Kompanije u suvremenom okruženju, čije je glavno obilježje stalna promjena konkurentnosti, moraju posvetiti značajno vrijeme i resurse, kako financijskih tako i ljudskih potencijala, te energiju kako bi mjerile vlastitu izvedbu u dostizanju zadanih strateških ciljeva. Ovaj rad pružiti će pogled kako procesna automatizacija može pridonjeti u indentificiranju mogućnosti za ulaganje i utvrditi najbolju vrijednost mogućnosti za povećanje kvalitete, prihoda, poboljšanje profitabilnosti, kontrolu, te postizanje dugoročne prednosti kroz automatizaciju procesa u tiskarskom odjelu sitotiska. Također, bavit će se objašnjenjem kaizen metode (njene mogućnosti, prednosti i mane) koja se sve više nametnula kao dokazan i efikasan alat u nastojanju da se nedodirljive vrijednosti prepoznaju, opišu i pretvore u stvarnu vrijednost za sve udjelničare (“stakeholder”) tvrtke – vlasnika, uposlenika, zajednicu i da se koristi kao proces koji omogućava tvrtki implementiranje poslovne strategije. Praktični dio završnog rada je anketa uz pomoć koje je napravljeno istraživanje sa zaposlenicima tiskare koji već dugi niz godina rade u odjelu sitotiska.

Abstract in english:	Companies in today's environment, whose main characteristic is the constant changes in competitiveness, they must devote significant time and resources, both financial and human resources, and energy in order to measure their own performance in achieving strategic goals. This work will provide a view of how process automation can contribute to identifying investment opportunities and determine best value options for increasing the quality, revenue, improve profitability, control, and postitanje long-term benefits through the automation process in the silk screen printing department. Also, the deal will be explaining kaizen methods (its features, advantages and disadvantages) that are increasingly imposed itself as a proven and effective tool in the effort to recognize the intangible value, description and turn them into real value for all shareholders ("stakeholders") companies - owners, employees, community, and to be used as a process that allows companies implementing business strategies. The practical part of the final paper is a survey with the help of research has been done with employees who are already printing many years working in the department of screen printing.
