Abstract

Termokromne boje mogu biti osjetljive na uvjete skladištenja. Na stabilnost termokromnih boja mogu nepovoljno utjecati UV zračenje, temperatura, otapala. U radu je analizirana stabilnost termokromne boje otisnute na laboratorijski dobivenim papirima gramature 70 . Za izradu otisaka korišten je laboratorijski uređaj IGT A2. Laboratorijski listovi pripremljeni su uz dodatak 20 % punila (CaCO3 i zeolit). Prirodni zeolit dodavan je kalcijevom karbonatu u različitim masenim udjelima (20% i 60%). Analizirana je stabilnost otisaka na atmosferska zagađivala: amonijak, etansku (octenu) kiselinu i metanal (formaldehid). Stabilnost otisaka praćena je spektrofotometrijskim mjerenjima i izračunom CIELab vrijednostima L*, a*, b* i C*. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da su svi uzorci najstabilniji u parama amonijaka. Vrijednosti CIEDE2000 ne upućuju na okom vidljivu degradaciju termokromnih otisaka.

Abstract in english: Thermochromic paint can be sensitive to storage conditions. UV radiation, temperature and solvents can adversely affect on stability of thermochromic paint. This work is analyzeing the stability of thermochromic paint printed on laboratory obtained papers grammage 70 . Laboratory device IGT A2 was used for making the prints. Laboratory sheets were prepared by adding 20% of filler (CaCO3 and zeolite). Natural zeolite was added to the calcium carbonate in various proportions by weight (20% and 60%). We analyzed stability of prints on atmospheric pollutants: ammonia, ethanoic acid and formaldehyde. The stability of the prints was monitored by spectrophotometric measurements and calculating CIELab values L*, a*, b* and C*. The results show that all the samples are stable in ammonia fumes. CIEDE2000 values do not indicate eye appreciable degradation of thermochromic prints.
