Abstract

Danas je ofsetna tehnika tiska najzastupljenija u grafičkoj proizvodnji a sama tehnologija se toliko razvija da se grafički proizvod moţe dovesti do visokog stupnja kvalitete. Da bi se postigla visoka kvaliteta proizvoda potrebno je pratiti proizvod od početka do kraja. Nakon što je grafički proizvod dovršen on je izloţen vremenskim uvjetima i ovisno o tome mijenjaju se njegove kolorimetrijske vrijednosti. Postojanost boja zavisna je i o promjenama unutar strukture tiskovnih podloga. Ispitivanja u ovom radu provedena su na otiscima u ofsetnoj tehnici tiska. Mjerenja su izvršena spektrofotometrijski za gustoću obojenja i CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti CMYK boje punog tona na mjernom stripu odmah nakon otiskivanja, te nakon odreĎenog vremena sušenja otiska. Na osnovu rezultata mjerenja ustanovljene su zavisnosti izmeĎu gustoće obojenja, CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti i vremena sušenja otiska za svaku tiskovnu podlogu. Iz dobivenih L*a*b* vrijednosti izračunate su razlike boja (ΔE) izmeĎu mokrog i suhog otiska.

Abstract in english: Today the most common printing techniques in graphic production and technology is offset printing techniques, and itself is evolving so that the graphic product can lead to a high level of quality. In order to achieve high product quality it is necessary to monitor the product from the beginning to the end. After the completed graphic product, it is exposed to weather conditions and depending on the change of its colorimetric values. Color resistance is dependent on changes in the structure of the printing surfaces. Examination in this study were carried out on prints in offset printing technique. The measurements were made by spectrophotometry density color and CIE L*a*b * values of CMYK color full tone in the measuring strip immediately after printing, and after some time drying the print. Based on the results of the measurements were determined dependencies between density tints, CIE L*a*b * values and drying prints for each printing surface. From the obtained L*a*b* values are calculated color differences (ΔE) between wet and dry print.
