Abstract

Ovaj rad pozabavit će se procesom redizajna katoličkog vjerskog portala Bitno.net. Najprije su postavljene pretpostavke o nefunkcionalnim dijelovima portala kroz analizu pomoću elemenata dizajna (navigacija, hijerarhija, tipografija, itd.). Potom je opisana ciljana publika te objašnjeno što su to persone i zašto su korisne. Također, prolazi se i kroz proces kreiranja persona. Nakon toga je napravljeno istraživanje korisnosti portala pomoću System Usability Scale (SUS) upitnika, koji je stadardizirana metoda za ispitivanje korisnosti bilo kojeg sustava. Nakon istraživanja i detaljne analize njegovih rezultata, prelazi se na analizu dizajna triju web stranica, koje su tematikom, odnosno namjenom slične portalu Bitno.net. Naposljetku se na temelju cijelog procesa i istraživanja dolazi do ključnih problema te se, kao i na samom početku rada, analiziraju elementi dizajna koje treba redizajnirati, donoseći dizajnersko rješenje za svakog od njih.

Abstract in english:	This thesis will deal with the redesign process of the religious catholic website, Bitno.net. First, it will address the dysfunctional parts of the website through an analysis of design elements (i.e. navigation, hierarchy, typography etc.). The target audience will then be described, including an explanation of what personas are and why they are useful, also including a section whereby the thesis will go through the process of creating personas. The following section includes usability research using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which is a standardized method for testing any system's usability. Following the research and detailed analysis of its results, the thesis will analyze three websites which are by their themes and purpose similar to Bitno.net. Finally, design elements will be re-analyzed based on the process and research methodology, whereby key issues will be outlined, and design solution proposed for each issue addressed within the analysis.
