Abstract

Digitalni tisak omogućio je proizvodnju grafičkih proizvoda koji do tada nisu bili ekonomski isplativi. Strojevi za digitalni tisak nude mogućnosti personalizacije, kratku strojnu pripremu i razumnu cijenu otiska, izbjegavajući standardne master tiskovne forme i filmove. Jedan od takvih strojeva je i digitalni pisač KIMOTO Freejet 320. Prilagodljiv je i jednostavan za korištenje. Piezoelektričnim Inkjet načinom otiskivanja omogućava proizvodnju vrlo kvalitetnih otisaka na širok izbor materijala (tiskovnih podloga) i maksimalnu debljinu predmeta do 120 mm. Za analizu iskoristivosti stroja proveden je proces ispisa prethodno dizajniranog motiva na određenu tiskovnu podlogu. Pri izradi dizajna i digitalnoj pripremi korišten je program Adobe Illustrator. Tim procesom utvrđene su prednosti i mane stroja te njegova primjenjivost unutar grafičke proizvodnje. Iskoristivost stroja za digitalni tisak KIMOTO Freejet 320 najviše se očituje u mogućnosti personalizacije i kvalitetnom ispisu više različitih malih naklada pri velikoj brzini ispisa. Time je omogućena njegova implementacija u grafičkoj industriji kao jedna od opcija za tisak na različite materijale koji se koriste najviše u svrhu promidžbe.

Abstract in english: Digital printing has enabled the production of graphic products that haven't been economically beneficial. Machines for digital printing offer personalization features, short mechanical preparation and reasonable price of print, avoiding the standard master printing plates and films. One of these machines is the adaptable and easy to use digital printer, Kimoto FREEJET 320. It uses piezoelectric inkjet printing technicque and it allows the production of high-quality prints on a wide variety of materials (printing media) of maximum thickness up to 120 mm. For the analysis of uptime, the machine was used for a process printing pre-designed motifs on certain printing surfaces. For developing the design and for the digital preparation Adobe Illustrator was used. This process identified the advantages and disadvantages of the machine and its applicability within the graphic industry. The utilization of the machine for digital printing Kimoto FREEJET 320 is most of all represented by the possibility of personalization and high-quality printing multiple small runs at a high speed. This allows its implementation in the printing industry as one of the options for printing on different materials that are used mostly for advertising.
