Abstract

Analizom i istraživanjem neposrednog okruženja, postavlja se jasan zaključak da se sve velike naklade u pravilu otiskuju na rotacijama. Zbog velikih brzina, rotacije proizvode i veliku količinu otpadnog materijala – papira i boje te generiraju i velike troškove u ostalim segmentima, prvenstveno u energiji. Kako su sve značajniji trendovi smanjenja naklada novina i časopisa – glavnih predstavnika rotacijskih proizvoda – suočavamo se s drastičnim rastom relativnog postotka ( % ) iznosa takvog otpada. To znatno usporava i opterećuje poslovni segment ovakvih proizvoda.

Abstract in english: The analysis and research of the immediate environment, the clear conclusion is that all large editions typically print on rotations. Due to the high-speed, rotations produce also a large amount of waste material - papers and colors and generate large costs in other segments, primarily in energy. There are more significant trends in reduction of newspapers and magazines edition - the main representatives of the rotary products - we are facing with a drastic increase in the relative % of such waste. This significantly slows down and burdens the business segment of such products. The aim is to explore industry solutions that would help in the reduction of such waste. Also the aim is to contribute, through recommendation, a different and more rational approach of use of this printing area, thereby facilitating the process of publishing industry.
