Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu ispitivanja su provedena na sedam različitih profila boja kako bi se utvrdila razlika u kvaliteti u novinskom i ofsetnom tisku. Ispitivanje je provedeno tako da je testna forma sa svim potrebnim elementima za kontrolu kvalitete otisnuta u realnoj proizvodnji novine Slobodna Dalmacija i na peterobojnoj ofsetnoj rotaciji Heidelberg Speedmaster. Ispitivali su se elementi s kojima je moguće izračunati prirast rastertonskih vrijednosti i CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti sivog balansa. Ispitivani je uzorak uzet iz nasumično odabranog dijela naklade. Proces otiskivanja izvršio se poštivajući preporuku svih ISO standarda za kvalitetu novinskog otiska. Na temelju znanstvene analize eksperimentalnog dijela ovog rada dobiveni su odnosi prirasta rastertonske vrijednosti i sivog balansa u realnoj proizvodnji za sedam različitih profila boja. Isto tako, dana preporuka za korištenje profila ispunjava zadane kriterije ukoliko se kontrolom tiska vrši kontrola svih materijala i uređaja koji sudjeluju u proizvodnji.

Abstract in english:	In this paper, tests were made on seven different color profiles to determine the difference in the quality of the newspaper and offset printing. Testing was conducted in a way to the test form with all the necessary elements for quality control into the real production of newspaper Slobodna Dalmacija and the offset rotary press Heidelberg Speedmaster. Tests were carried out on the elements with whom it is possible to calculate the dot gain and CIE L* a* b* values of gray balance. The sample was taken from a randomly chosen point in circulation. The process of printing committed to respecting the recommendation of the ISO standards for quality of newspaper print. Based on the scientific analysis of the experimental part of this study were obtained applies dot gain and gray balance in the actual production of seven different color profiles. Also, given the recommendation to use the profile meets the criteria in how the control of the press is controlled all the materials and equipment involved in the production.
