Abstract

Zaštitni tisak je dinamično područje koje zahtjeva stalnu nadogradnju. Zaštite u grafičkom proizvodu uvijek moraju biti bar jedan korak ispred krivotvoritelja. Grafički proizvod se može zaštititi u raznim fazama procesa proizvodnje. Tema ovog rada je namjerna greška kao oblik zaštite koji se umeće u dizajn proizvoda u pripremi za tisak. Kao primjerni uzorak uzet je najnoviji dizajn etikete Livanjskog piva. Promatrano je kako se veličina namjerne greške ponaša s obzirom na odabir digitalne tehnike tiska, stroja i materijala na kojem se otiskuje. U radu je provedena detaljna analiza namjernih grešaka razne veličine za različite tipove vizualnih elemenata dizajna grafičkog proizvoda kao i za različite kombinacije stroja i podloge. Eksperimentalni dio koncipiran je na osnovu nivoa otkrivanja krivotvorine: bez pomagala, pomoću pomagala (lupe) i mikroskopski (forenzička analiza). Na osnovu rezultata anketnog istraživanja i mikroskopske analize uzoraka dobivena je tablica preporuke veličina namjernih grešaka za sve tipove grešaka kao i za sve analizirane uzorke. Sve hipoteze su potvrđene, te je utvrđena vaţnost rezolucije i kvalitete uređaja ispred izbora tehnike tiska i podloge. U većini slučajeva se, pak, inkjet tehnologija pokazala boljim izborom kad su u pitanju integracije namjernih greški.

Abstract in english: Security printing is a dynamic field that requires continuous upgrade. Security elements in graphic product must always be one step ahead of counterfeiters. Graphic product can be protected in different phases of production. The theme of this work is point shaker as the form of protection inserted into the design of the product in prepress phase. Label of Livno beer is taken as an example used in experimental part of this work. It is observed how the size of point shaker affects the selection of combination of digital techique, machine and substrate. This work contains complex analysis of different sized point shakers for different types of visual elements of designed graphic product as for different combinations of machine and substrate. The concept of experimental part of this thesis is based on levels of the detection of counterfeits: without instrumentality (based on human eye), with instrumentality (loupe) and with microscope (forensic analysis). Table of recommendations of point shaker sizes for every type of mistake and every analyzed sample is obtained from the results of poll research and microscopic analysis. All hypotheses are confirmed, as well as the importance of resolution and quality of printing machine before choice of printing technique and printing substrate. However, in most cases of point shaker integration inkjet technology proved to give better results.
