Abstract

Poštanske marke kao vrijednosni dokument predstavljaju državu i služe kao novčana naknada za poštanske usluge. Općina Velika Pisanica nalazi se u sjevernom dijelu Bjelovarsko - bilogorske županije, na južnim obroncima Bilogore. U svrhu promocije mjesta, diplomski rad bavi se dizajnom i zaštitnim elementima na individualiziranoj poštanskoj marki Velike Pisanice. U radu se koriste autorske fotografije samoga mjesta. Detaljnije su razrađeni zaštitni elementi poštanske marke, koji su programirani pomoću pripadajućeg koda u programskom jeziku PostScript. Zaštitni elementi su projektirani za infracrveno (IC) i ultraljubičasto (UV) područje. U radu je izrađena serija poštanskih marki na arku gdje se nalaze tri marke na devet pozicija. Dio rada temelji se na istraživanju vlastite kolekcije poštanskih maraka analiziranih na forenzičkom uređaju. Izrađeni su individualizirani zaštitni elementi u obliku rozeta programiranih u programskom jeziku PostScript, koji su aplicirani na poštanskim markama u pozadini. Individualizirana programska rješenja otežavaju krivotvorenje poštanskih marki. U radu se daju individualizirana rješenja poštanske marke Velike Pisanice koja će služiti u svrhu promocije mjesta.

Abstract in english: Stamps as a valuable document represent the state and serve as a financial compensation for postal services. Municipality Velika Pisanica is located in the northern part of Bjelovar - Bilogora County, on the southern slopes of Bilogora. In order to promote the place, thesis deals with the design and security features on an individualized postage stamp Velika Pisanica. The thesis used original photographs of the place itself. Details are developed protective elements stamps, which are programmed to help the corresponding code in the programming language PostScript. Security features are designed for infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) range. This thesis made a series of stamps on the sheet where the three stamps at nine positions. Part of the work is based on the research of own collection of stamps analyzed in the forensic unit. There are made individualized protection elements in the form of rosettes programmed in the programming language PostScript, which are applied to postage stamps in the background. Individualized software solutions hinder counterfeiting stamps. This article provides individualized solutions stamps Velika Pisanica that will serve the purpose of promoting the place.
