Abstract

Etiketiranja stezljivim filmom je proces apliciranja etikete djelovanjem temperature pri čemu film oblikovan u rukavac se priljubljuje uz ambalažu i poprima njezin oblik. Takva vrsta etiketiranja koristi se na različitim ambalažama (polimernim, staklenim ili metalnim). Etikete korištene kod ove vrste etiketiranja mogu biti u otvorenom formatu ili formiranje u crijevo (ovisno o liniji za etiketiranje). U ovom radu analizirat će se uzorci koji su otisnuti fleksografskim tiskom s bojama na bazi otapala i UV sušeće boje. Analizirani će se uzorci otisnuti na dvije vrste polimernih materijala (polipropilen i poli(vinil-klorid)). Kako bi se simulirao tunel za etiketiranje stezljivim filmom uzorci će se izložiti povišenom temperaturom u sušioniku. Uzorci će biti izloženi različitim temperaturama, ovisno o temperaturi skupljanja tiskovne podloge, odnosno polimernog materijala. Uzorci otisnuti na polipropilenu izložiti će se temperaturi od 120˚ i 125˚C, a uzorci otisnuti na poli(vinil-kloridnom) materijalu temperaturi od 70˚ i 75˚C u jednakom trajanju od 5 minuta. Cilj ovog rada je odrediti devijacije u obojenju otiska na rastertonskim vrijednostima od 90%, 70% i 20% nakon tretmana s povišenom temperaturom na osnovi spektrofotometrijskih mjerenja i Euklidske razlike između boja.

Abstract in english: The film labeling is the process of applying the label by the effect of temperature, whereby the film formed in the sleeve is adhered to the packaging and takes its shape. Such type of labeling is used in different packaging (polymer, glass or metal). The labels used in this type of labeling can be in the open format or the formation of the hose (depending on the labeling line). In this work, samples that are printed with flexographic printing with solvent-based dyes and UV dyes will be analyzed. Samples will be analyzed on two types of polymeric materials (polypropylene and poly (vinyl chloride)). The samples will treat at high temperature in the drier and it will be simulaor for a tunnel for labeling. Samples will be exposed to high temperatures, depending on the temperature of the printing substrate or polymeric material. Samples on polypropylene will be exposed to temperatures of 120˚ and 125˚C, and samples on poly (vinyl chloride) material at a temperature of 70˚C and 75˚C in the same duration of 5 minutes. The aim of this work is to determine the 90%, 70% and 20% rastertonic deviation of contrasts after treatment with high temperature based on spectrophotometric measurements and Euclidean difference in color.
