Abstract

Abstract in english: | The rotary printing compared to the printing press has great industrial advantages. By researching and analyzing the direct environment, we come to the conclusion that all large editions are mostly printed on rotations. During rotational printing, the machine operates at high speeds (more recently, single speeds reach up to 45.000 – 50.000 sheets per hour), whereby rotations produce a large amount of waste material, thus generates high costs, primarily in paper consumption and energy consumption (this refers to gas from the driers) . As magazines and newspapers are becoming more and more diminished today - there is less request due to the influence of other media - and we all know that they are the main representatives of rotating products, we are facing with a drastic relative increase (in percent %) of macular waste. Due to all of these impacts, we are faced with a significant slowdown and burden in the business segment of such products. For example, if we look at some editions of the newspapers and magazines in our area for the past ten years and comparing these editions today - we come to the conclusion that relative waste today is sometimes 15 - 20% of total paper consumption. Previously, for the same type of product, relative waste moved in the percentages that most frequently were in the range of 4 - 8%. According to all of this facts from the above, it is more than obviously that it is extremely important to improve the area of paper consumption in rotary printing and thus make the entire production process more cost-effective, more rational and market-friendly. The aim of the thesis is to prove the postulate that the correct configuration of automation in the close loop area ((inner and back loop system, correlation between backward printing results with automatic correction) significantly improves production. First of all it applies to: • cameras for ribbon control (upper and lower side of the ribbon)• cameras for register control (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Carbon), as well as • cameras for the color quality control (on the basis of densitometry and / or spectrophotometry) So the thesis is that such systems significantly contribute to savings in the creation of incorrectly printed samples, all in the context of the return of investments of such systems through savings on each work order. Also, the aim is to contribute to a simpler and more rational use of the mentioned area, thus accelerating and facilitating the publishing industry process. |
