Abstract
Aditivna tehnologija svakim danom sve više napreduje, te se pod ovim pojmom podrazumijevaju različiti postupci izrade prototipova i malih serija komada. Svi postupci dijele zajednički proces u kojemu se stvara model sloj po sloj iz računalno izrađenog CAD 3D modela. Postoje mnoge vrste aditivne tehnologije, no u ovom završnom radu je opisan samo postupak izrade prototipa s naglaskom na FDM tehnologiji. Ovaj postupaka ima prednosti i nedostatke, koji ovisi o kompliciranosti izrade modela, kvaliteti dobivenog vanjskog izgleda, mehaničkim svojstvima i sl. Cilj ovog rada je istaknuti FDM tehniku 3D tiska i istražiti kvalitete koje ova tehnika ima. Ovaj rad će istaknuti materijalne izbore i snagu te slabost navedene tehnike tiska u kontekstu brze izrade prototipa.

Abstract in english: | Additive technology is progressing every day and under this concept it involves various prototype and small series production processes. All the processes share a common process in which a layer-by-layer model is created by a computer created CAD 3D model. There are many types of additive technologies, but in this paper only the prototype design process with the emphasis on FDM technology is described. This procedure has advantages and disadvantages, depending on the complexity of the model making, the quality of the exterior appearance, the mechanical properties and other. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the FDM 3D printing technique and to explore the qualities that this technique has. This paper will emphasize material choices and strengths and weaknesses of the techniques in the context of quick prototype design. |
