Abstract
Sigurnost recikliranih vlakana u pakiranjima prehrambenih proizvoda trenutno je tema o kojoj se puno raspravlja. Do sada su se rizici mikrobiološke kvalitete recikliranih vlakana pripisivali samo kloriranim organskim spojevima, teškim metalima i hlapljivim organskim spojevima koji se pojavljuju u mnogo većim količinama nego u primarnim vlaknima. Reciklirana vlakna koja sadrže tragove hrane, škroba i premaza također služe kao dobar supstrat za rast mikroorganizama tijekom prikupljanja, skladištenja i obrade. Cilj ovog rada je procjena trenutne metodologije koja se koristi za istraživanje mikroflore pulpe te prikazati mikrobiološku kvalitetu recikliranih vlakana. Dat će se ukupan broj mikroorganizama (bakterija i plijesni) za različite materijale.

Abstract in english: | The safety of recycled fibers in food packaging is currently the topic of a lot of rumbling. Until now, the risks of microbiological quality of recycled fibers are attributed only to chlorinated organic compounds, heavy metals and volatile organic compounds that appear in much larger quantities than in primary fibers. Recycled fibers containing traces of food, starch, and coatings also serve as a good substrate for growth of microorganisms during collection, storage and processing. The aim of this paper is to determine the methodology used to study the pulp microflora and to show the microbiological quality of recycled fibers. The total number of microorganisms (bacteria and moulds) will be provided for different materials. |
