Abstract
Trendovi u razvoju tehnologije digitalnog tiska postavljaju nove kvalitativne norme koje su u skladu sa zahtjevima korisnika. Razvoj tehnologije digitalnog ispisa omogućio je primjenu ink-jet pisača u području izrade i održavanja pomorskih karata. Da bi se u proizvodnji službenih pomorskih karata mogla u potpunosti implementirati tehnologija digitalnog tiska, potrebno je objasniti prijedloge za uvođenje unapređenja proizvodnih procesa. Ti prijedlozi obuhvaćaju prelazak na digitalni tisak koji bi postupno u potpunosti zamijenio ofsetni tisak pomorskih karata te poslovne procese kojima bi se pojednostavnila priprema, proizvodnja i isporuka gotovog proizvoda – pomorske karte. Tema ovog rada bit će prijedlozi primjene proizvodnih procesa digitalnog tiska i njegova prednost nad ofsetnom tehnologijom u izradi pomorskih karata te njihovoj ažurnosti i dostupnosti krajnjem korisniku. U radu će se objasniti primjena digitalne tehnologije po fazama, od tehnologije koja je u funkciji do najnovijih tehnologija koje tek treba istražiti i testirati da bi se dokazala mogućnost njihove primjene na zahtjevnu produkciju pomorskih karata. Prikazat će se metode koje se koriste za unapređenje poslovnih procesa i tehnike koje se primjenjuju u cilju efikasnosti svih procesa u izradi službenih pomorskih karata.

| Abstract in english: | Trends in the development of digital printing technology set new qualitative standards that are in line with user requirements. The development of digital printing technology has enabled the use of ink-jet printers in the field of designing and maintaining nautical charts. In order to fully implement the technology of digital printing in the production of official nautical charts, it is necessary to explain the proposals for introducing improvement of production processes. These proposals include switching to digital printing that would gradually replace offset printing of nautical charts and business processes to simplify the preparation, production and delivery of finished products - nautical charts. The topic of this paper will be proposals for application of digital printing processes and its advantage over the offset technology in the production of charts, as well as in their up-to-dateness and availability to the end user. The paper will explain a phased application of digital technology, from the technology that is in operation to the latest technologies that are yet to be explored and tested to prove their applicability to the demanding production of nautical charts. The paper will present the methods for improvement of business processes and techniques that are used to ensure the efficiency of all processes in the production of official nautical charts. |
