Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu naglasak je stavljen na oblikovanju i izradi vizualnog identiteta za sportski klub američkog nogometa „Zagreb Patriots“. Kako se radi o sportu koji nije popularan u Hrvatskoj, od velike je važnosti izraditi prepoznatljiv vizualni identitet kako bi se klub uspješnije promovirao, približio ovaj sport široj publici i na taj način stekao nove igrače, navijače, volontere, prijatelje i članove kluba te potencijalne ulagače. Ovaj sportski klub natjecanjem u europskim ligama promovira grad Zagreb, ali i Republiku Hrvatsku, kao moderan sportski grad u kojem je moguće baviti se i ostalim sportovima osim nogometa, košarke i rukometa. Ciljana skupina kojoj se ovim vizualnim identitetom želi približiti su prvenstveno građani grada Zagreba, muškog spola u dobi od 18 do 35 godina kako bi dobili više igrača; dok bi na drugom mjestu bili ostali, bez obzira na spol i dob, koji vole sport i druženje na otvorenom. U teorijskom dijelu opisan je značaj vizualnog identiteta i kakav on smije ili ne smije biti. Objašnjen je nastanak, način rada kluba te daljnji planovi. Provedena je analiza vizualnih identiteta konkurencije te njihova prepoznatljivost. U praktičnom dijelu iznesena su moguća idejna riješenja za vizualni identitet „Zagreb Patriotsa“ te je prikazano kako je u primjeni apliciran na razne elemente.

Abstract in english: | In this thesis the emphasis is placed on the design and development of a visual identity for the Zagreb Patriots sports club of American football. Since it is a sport that is not popular in Croatia, it is of great importance to create a recognizable visual identity in order to promote the club more successfully, to bring the sport closer to a wider audience and thus gain new players, fans, volunteers, friends and members of the club and potential investors. This sports club promotes the city of Zagreb, as well as the Republic of Croatia, as a modern sports city where it is possible to practice other sports besides football, basketball and handball. The target group that wants to get closer with this visual identity is primarily the citizens of the city of Zagreb, male 18-35 years old, to gain more players; while others, regardless of gender and age, would prefer sports and socializing outdoors. The theoretical part describes the importance of visual identity and what it may or may not be. The formation, the way the club works and further plans are explained. The analysis of the visual identities of the competition and their recognition were carried out. The practical part outlines possible conceptual solutions for the visual identity of the Zagreb Patriots and shows how it has been applied to various elements. |
