Abstract

Grafička struka se u novije vrijeme jako proširila te sa tiskanih medija prelazi često na digitalne. Kako u razvoju internetskih stranica pa tako do 3D modeliranja i 3D dizajna, razvoja igara, videografija te animacija. Kompanije ponekad imaju problema sa zaposlenjem kadra koji je potreban za rad. Razloga je više ali jedna od prepreka je što zaposlenik mora imati iskustva ako su takve pozicije zahtjevne i odgovorne. Upravo zato po završetku studija student često nije u mogućnosti raditi neke poslove. Poboljšanju ove situacije mogla bi doprinijeti studentska praksa i kontinuirano praćenje potreba privrede i saznanja o interesima studenata. Praksa bi trebala pridonijeti iskustvu ali je teško doći do kvalitetne prakse, koje u većini slučajeva nisu plaćene. Tema ovog rada je istražiti nekoliko prijedloga razvoja poduzeća i postojećih strukture i razraditi moguću implementaciju Disneyeve strategije poslovanja poduzeće. U radu će se razraditi prijedlog kako kontinuirano pratiti cjelokupni rad i praksu studenata i stjecanje kompetencija potrebnih kod zaposlenja. Važno je saznanje kako podići razinu motivacije među studentima, kasnije zaposlenicima na temelju njihovih kompetencija i ambicija. Prethodni zaključci analiza poduzeća i njihova poslovanja, su početna faza rada i smjernice kako provesti, implementirati Disneyevu strategiju. Provodit se anketa među studentima Grafičkog fakulteta putem koje bi se saznala motivacija za studijem te kako bi ih se moglo kategorizirati po temelju Disneyeve strategije kreativnosti.

Abstract in english: The graphic profession has expanded a lot in recent times and has moved from print media to digital. Both in web site development and 3D modeling and 3D design, game development, videography and animation. Companies whose main activity is printing have a lot of problems with hiring the staff needed to work because the person has to have experience and such positions are very responsible, while after graduation the student of the Faculty of Graphic Arts is unable to find a job because they have no experience. The problem is that these positions are internally accessed and job postings are not publicly advertised, an even bigger problem is the student internship, which should contribute to the experience, but it is difficult to get quality internships that in most cases are not paid. The theme of this paper is to propose the development of the company and the existing structure to make it more efficient for the company to implement a Disney business strategy to develop the business and ensure that students have a secure job immediately after graduation and to increase the level of motivation among employees based on their competencies and ambitions. An analysis of the company will be presented, as it currently operates and how Disney's strategy can be implemented, a survey among students of the Faculty of Graphic Arts will be conducted to find out the motivation to study and to categorize them based on Disney's creative strategy.
