Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti utjecaj digitalnog marketinga u današnjici te povući poveznicu između digitalnog i tradicionalnog marketinga. Internet je svojim intenzivnim razvojem postao značajan marketinški medij koji će u budućnosti biti nezaobilazni faktor poslovanja tvrtki. Pojavom društvenih mreža došlo je do značajnih promjena u marketingu i u načinu na koji tvrtke komuniciraju s kupcima. Nove digitalne platforme za marketing i marketinški web servisi niču praktički svakodnevno. Dosadašnje društvene mreže redovito uvode nove mogućnosti i značajke, i to u vrijeme dok su paralelno sve oči uprte u mobilni segment digitalnog marketinga, koji sve više postaje jedan od ključnih faktora daljnjega razvoja modernog poslovanja. Digitalni marketing obuhvaća korištenje svih digitalnih komunikacijskih kanala – od digitalne televizije, interneta, mobilnih telefona do svih ostalih oblika digitalnih medija. U ovom radu fokusirati ću se na tijek nastajanja digitalnog marketnig, istaknuti njegove prednosti i nedostatke. Cilj ovoga rada je pružiti uvid i sažeti saznanja o mogućnostima digitalnog marketinga u kombinaciji s društvenim mrežama te ostalim oglašivačima.

Abstract in english: The aim of this final paper is to explain the impact of digital marketing in today and to draw a link between digital and traditional marketing.With its intensive development, the Internet has become a significant marketing medium that will be an unavoidable factor in the business of companies in the future. With the advent of social media, there have been significant changes in marketing and in the way companies communicate with customers.New digital marketing platforms and marketing web services are emerging virtually every day. Existing social networks regularly introduce new features and characteristics, at a time when all eyes are on the mobile segment of digital marketing, which is increasingly becoming one of the key factors in the further development of modern business. Digital marketing includes the use of all digital communication channels - from digital television, the Internet, mobile phones to all other forms of digital media.In this paper, I will focus on the course of digital marketing, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of this paper is to provide insight and summarize knowledge about the possibilities of digital marketing in combination with social networks and other advertisers.
