Abstract
U radu je ispitano bistrenje vodenih otopina fleksografskih boja na bazi vode; smjese pigmenata, punila (pomocnih pigmenata), polimera i alkohola klasicnim postupkom koagulacije s anorganskim koagulantom FeCl3. Dodatkom Fe3+ iona negativno nabijene cestice pigmenata (akvakromzelena), pomocnih pigmenata – punila (CaCO3) i polimera (akrilni polimeri) lako se talože. Za ukljanjanje organskih otapala (glikoli, 2-propanol, glicerol), te neutralnih polimernih molekula (polisiloksani, polietilen) ispitana je ucinkovitost zeolitnih adsorbensa.

Abstract in english: | In this study, clarification of water solutions of flexographic water based inks has been examined; compounds of: pigments, extenders (auxiliary pigments), polymers and alcohol by standard procedure of coagulation with anorganic coagulant FeCl3. Adding Fe3+ ions, negatively charged particles of pigments (aquacromgreen), auxiliary pigments or extenders (CaCO3) and polymers (acrillic polymers) are easily sedimented. Effectivness of zeolit adsorbents was examined for removal of organic solvents (glycols, 2-prophanols, glycerols) and neutral polymeric molecules (polyethylene). |
