Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada utjecaj je visoke grafičke tehnologije na okoliš. Iako program zbrinjavanja elektroničkog otpada u svijetu i u nas postoji dulji niz godina, cjeloviti postupak recikliranja još nije zaživio. Još uvijek nisu provedena opsežna istraživanja na koje sve načine korištenje ali i odlaganje takvog otpada izravno utječe na zdravlje čovjeka te dugoročno na njegov okoliš. Iz polazišnih osnova proizlazi i glavni cilj istraživanja: Današnja konvencionalni grafički uređaji ne zadovoljavaju zahtjevne ekološke standarde, pa u europskom parlamentu postoji inicijativa da se odredi datumska granica do koje godine oni moraju biti zamijenjeni i naposljetku nestati s tržišta. U isto vrijeme, znanstvenici rade na razvoju što cjelovitijeg grafičkog CTP (Computer to plate) proizvoda koji bi u potpunosti zadovoljavao ekološke standarde i zamijenio raširenu ali zastarjelu grafičku opremu. S pojavom CTP-a povećane su i brzine reakcije u konvencionalnom offsetu, dok su se cijene u proizvodnji smanjile, te je brake-even point, tj. granica isplativosti između digitalnog tiska i konvencionalnog tiska drastično smanjena. Samim tim, postoji ekononska računica da se proizvodnja i razvoj takvih uređaja koji su i ekološki prihvatljiviji - ubrzava. U isto je vrijeme nužno i promovirati takav proizvod, kako bi pronašao svoje mjesto na tržištu da bi ga se lakše moglo približiti potencijalnim investitorima ali i krajnjim korisnicima. Takozvani ekološki prihvatljivi proizvodi dizajnirani su u startu kao oni koji se mogu odbaciti, koji su trajni te ih je putem reciklaže moguće ponovno uporabiti. U ovome diplomskom radu opisane su neke teze o potrebnim predradnjama da takav uređaj ugleda svjetlo dana. Za svaki dio budućeg ekološkog proizvoda nužno je napraviti i koncept analize uporabnog vijeka. On se sastoji od tri kategorije; pripreme i razvoja ekološke učinkovitosti, njegovog proizvodnog razvoja te dizajna.

Abstract in english: The main Theme of this diploma is an influence of a graphic technology on environment. Although programs of environmental maintenance of e-waste in a world and in our country exist for many years, the main procedure still hasn’t begun. The fool research on usage and storage of such waste, and how is directly in short term affects the health of humans in and long term on its environment, hasn’t been processed yet. Today’s conventional graphical equipment there is not satisfy ecological standards so some EU member states decided the terms for its replacement and the disappearance from the market. At the same time, scientists throughout the world work on development of more complex graphic CTP product with would completely satisfied the ecological standard and replace the well known but old fashioned graphical equipment. With the existent of the CTP the speed of reaction in conventional offset have been enlarged, but the prices have been lowered, and the break even point, or in other words the limits of profit between digital and conventional print has been drastically lowered as well. It is necessary to enhance the production and development of such equipment witch is environmentally expectable. But, it is also necessary to promote such product so it can find its place on the market and the easily approached by the potential investors as well as customers. So called ecologically acceptable products from the begging of their life cycle are designed as a waste as well as stabile product witch can after the recycle be reused. In this thesis I explained witch preliminary work has to be done in order to have such product existing. For every part of the future ecological product it is necessary to make a concept of the life cycle analysis witch consisted three categories; preparation, development of ecological usefulness and its product development as well as designee.
