Abstract

U današnje vrijeme kvaliteta grafičke reprodukcije vrlo brzo napreduje, a s njome raste potreba za sofisticiranije zahtjeve kontrole kvalitete u različitim fazama grafičke proizvodnje. U ovom radu opisana je spektrofotometrijska metoda mjerenja refleksija vidljivog djela spektra na papirima različitih vrsta i gramatura. Obradili smo utjecaj refleksije vidljivog djela spektra, budući da je vidljivi dio ključan za naš doživljaj stvaranja slike nakon interakcije svjetla sa podlogom. Uz refleksiju, vežu se opacitet, Y vrijednosti i svjetlina podloge (brightness). Sve su to važni parametri koje treba poznavati u smislu površinskih svojstava tiskovnih podloga i utjecaja različitih dodataka sadržanih u podlogama. U radu je opisano mjerenje i uspoređivanje upravo navedenih optičkih veličina kroz 1 arak papira i kroz više njih, te su promatrani rezultati u ovisnostima o karakteristikama papira i količini araka. Napravili smo laboratorijsko ispitivanje refleksije na dvije osnovne vrste papira: Garda gloss i Garda matt. Mjerenje smo izvršili X – rite spektrofotometrom koji mjeri u području vidljivog djela spektra. Mjerili smo na različitim gramaturama papira počevši od 300, 250, 200, 170, 150, 135, 115, 100 i 90g/m2. Za svaku vrstu i gramaturu papira radili smo posebno mjerenje i to na crnoj i na bijeloj podlozi. Na kraju smo sve podatke obradili i unjeli u tablice te iscrtali potrebne grafove kako bi lakše vizualno uočili razlike među refleksijama koje su vrlo male i teško primjetne.

Abstract in english: Nowadays, quality of graphic reproduction is developing very fast and with quality grows a need for sofisticated demand quality controling in different fases of graphic production. In this labour it is described spectrophotometric method of measurment reflection visible part of spectre on different types and grammage of paper. We processed influence of visible part of spectre because visible part is most relevant for our experience of making picture after interaction of light with a ground. With reflection we can connect opacity, Y values and brightness. All of them are parameters which we are connecting in sense of surface characteristic printing grounds and influence of different additions in grounds. In labour it is described measuring and comparing of this stated optical dimensions throught one paper sheet and throught few paper sheets, and then we observed effect in dependence of characteristic of paper and amount of paper sheets. We made laboratory examination of reflection on two basic types of paper, Garda gloss and Garda matt. We were measuring with X-rite spectrophotometer which measures in visible part of spectre. We measured on different grammage of paper stating with 300, 250, 200, 170, 150, 135, 100 and 90 grammes/m2. For each type and grammage of paper we were doing measurment separatly on black and white ground. In the end we stored and recorded all datas in tables and draw graphics so we could easier visualy see differences between reflections which are very small and difficle to see.
